Terrible customer service. Staff not friendly when we arrived for a service. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Not helpful when we asked for help. Only pointing us where to go. It is a sad occasion already and we don’t need the staff adding to the sad occasion. This is a time where guests require more help to get through the day. Also old dead flowers should be cleared more often. Thank goodness we don’t have any relatives there.

Not very happy with this place...why? So we had our parents are buried there back in 2017 and 2020 ..We ordered a headstone to placed back in Nov 2020. As of June 2021 it has not been placed. Covid was to blame, ok but can you blame covid for no calls to returned to me for an update? I did email a Michael and it was only after I made mention of maybe we should pursue legal recourse did he finally get back to me to say this July they would be place..I hope so. UPDATE: I got in contact with Michael, he was helpful with getting this taken care..finally. so far so good TY Michael

if you could give no stars i would. ive been trying to get my dads remains moved for 4 MONTHS. I cant even get a call back. don't believe a word they say. my mom passed 4 months ago and I am trying to get their remains placed together.my moms service has been delayed 3 MONTHS with all my aunts and uncles asking me whats going on. nearly my entire family, maternal and paternal side are buried there. you'd think that counted for something. I feel bad for the receptionists who have probably answered 40 phone calls and are totally out of excuses. i understand there may be a lack of burial spots for catholics? maybe its covid? maybe a phone call just to explain. they dodge and juke. i suggest you find another cemetery. once they have your money they care less about the surviving family members and what we go through. you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Don't remember if I ever posted a review prior to today but I am doing so now after reading a single negative review ... In 1971 my mother buried my father there using his military headstone, my nephew in 1995, 5 years ago 2013 I buried my mother there ... She had made all of her arrangements ahead of time with them so when the time came it was so much easier to get things taken care of. We purchased a new headstone in order to have both my mother and fathers pictures put on it ... They came out beautiful .... 2 years ago we buried my father in law and 1 year ago my mother in law ... Each time we were given the upmost service from both mortuary and cemetery staff .... My husband and I have even purchased our plot in advance to not leave our children burdened in anyway .... Staff is compassionate and knowledgeable.... Thank you all so much .... Have recommended them on several occasions and will continue to do so ....

If you call the office they can tell you and they'll tell you where the plots are too ...
