Very clean friendly residents and management great place to live close to shopping dinning transportation. There is now new management not sure whats going on but water bill went from $36. To 360.00 for 1 month gas and electric has almost doubled new manager wont do anything its going on with alot of residents has to be illegal they read there own meters in house .

All ages yes i think you can only have one i do see some large dogs but there not alowed to walk them or store outside of home they did recently build 2 dog parks to let them play in
