Just know they do not take appointments on Sundays but their website will allow you to. I called in to ask for pricing for a service I scheduled online for 11am. The guy I spoke with was beyond rude when telling me “well I don’t know who told you we take appointments on Sunday but it’s first come first serve”….. and how was I supposed to know that when YOUR WEBSITE allows me to schedule?! Now I have taken time off work for a “scheduled appointment.” After telling him the website should be updated, I was hung up on. Poor customer service to say the very least.

Told them our tire popped on 75– they wouldn’t even look at it and told us unless we wanted to leave it over night they wouldn’t do anything. All of this for a patch. Terrible customer service.

I had been to several Firestones previously and no one was able to work me in. I even went to a sister location, Tires Plus. I had a wonderful experience, particularly at this Firestone location. I worked with Scott at the front desk who was amazing! Not only were Scott and his team honest, but they also showed me my damaged strut to give me peace of mind. The first assessment from a prior mechanic demanded work be done for my entire front end! Firestone assessed a communicated exactly what my vehicle required (strut and alignment). Not the entire front end. They didn't try to take advantage of me like previous companies had. Prices at Firestone were very fair, team is knowledgeable, respectful, they did everything possible to assure my complete satisfaction. Wonderful communication! I feel like they care about drivers on the road. I am rest assured I'm safe in my car. My car sounds, feels, and drives great!! I will be back! For any or all of my vehicle needs. Trustworthy company and team. Thank you for Firestone!
