John was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He removed the top on my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 and installed a new one. He was honest and very friendly. He explained the warranty to me when I picked up my vehicle. I would definitely recommend him for convertible top replacements.

Since my previous review, I've used this company again, this time to repair the headliner in my Volvo convertible. I received a quote from a Volvo dealer that was just outrageous to replace 8 clips at a cost of $879.00 and they said they couldn't re-use the clips I had. John from Auto Upholstery was able to complete the repair using my old clips and at a cost of only 175.00. Most important, the work was completed in an excellent and timely manner. I can't say it enough, John and his crew are phenomenal. Honest, fair and great results. What more can you ask for? ===================================================== I highly recommend this company. I brought in my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban to have the seats reupholstered. I thought I would have to do both front seats to ensure they would match, but instead I was told there was no need to spend the extra money because only the drivers seat needed to be done. They matched the leather perfectly and saved me a good amount of money. Very friendly and honest people. The quality of the work is fantastic. Thanks.

This car was a challenge for the shop. They did excellent work but had to depend on BMW to recalibrate the timing. While at BMW things got complicated. BMW wanted money for a new hydraulic pump, then a regulator, then more trouble shooting time. John, the owner of the shop fought them all the way. Way above and beyond what I would have expected. He had the pump rebuilt himself, ordered a new regulator, only to find out BMW had no idea what was wrong. True USMC fashion, John stuck with it until it was right with no additional charges for me. Highly recommend this shop. Don't recommend BMW service!

I just would like to say THANK YOU for a fantastic job in replacing the seat covers, arm rests and center console in my 2000 Jaguar. The workmanship is better than outstanding, everything fits the way it came from the factory. Customer service was just as outstanding, everyone made me feel I mattered. Thank you again, everyone. I will be back in March for my steering wheel. Came back to have steering wheel worked on. First time did not work, the used material did not adhere. John worked on it again after having the car for 4 days. The result is in the picture below. Have tried numerous times to contact him to set up another date, which he promised to fix the current problem, but no return calls. When visiting the shop, he was not there. Staff promised he would call. That was 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed.
