Hands down the worst wawa I've been to in Tampa every staff member has an attitude that's if they even acknowledge you. Dominique was extremely rude.

This Wawa's staff have no concept of what customer service is. After I was being ignored at the counter, I almost slipped and fell moving to the much longer line where people order cigarettes, even though I don't smoke. An employee was mopping the floor next to where people were purchasing things, with no wet floor sign in sight. Their bathroom is always messy, and with dirty floors. At this location, I have observed floor mopping moving from the restrooms to the main sales floor area--without the changing of either mop head or mop bucket water. If you are thinking about getting gas or snacks here, don't. The only reason I am leaving 1 star is because I can't leave 0 stars.

Good Wawa, stays stocked. Michelle the cashier goes above and beyond for customers, very helpful, beautiful person. The other employees are good too. I always get coffee, always fresh and ask the goodies are always fully stocked.
