I have been increasingly disappointed in this Euclid and Dale Mabry location for a long time now. There aren't many gas stations near us so I tend to buy from here. They switched from Shell to Circle K gas and no longer offer the fuel rewards program discounts. Their machines are often out of receipt paper forcing you to go inside even if in a hurry. I always get receipts because I've had double charges in the past and I've been able to easily prove it to the bank by showing my receipts. I guess the frustrations can be many with some pumps that don't work covered with yellow out of order covers and receipt printing problems. The employees are always super nice though and very understanding and often apologize for the issues. I appreciate that they are compassionate and appreciate our business. I guess I return due to the nice employees and the convenience of being close to home.

I have a complaint about this Circle K in the mens bathroom there is no soap we are in the middle of a pandemic and I can't use soap to wash my hands & the froster slush drink machine is always down this needs to be fixed & the brisk strawberry Melon from the fountain machine is always out the manager at this store needs to be terminated for poor service

WHY DOES THE WINDSHIELD WASH WATER SMELL LIKE SEWAGE?! I am NOT trying to wash my windshield with sewer water. That's disgusting and unsanitary. Also, it's quite obvious that the owners don't care. They're understaffed, under paid, and they're cutting corners. It was better as a Shell station.
