Venus was amazing and gave me such a great haircut. I hadn’t had my hair cut in many months because my previous stylist left the area and then I had a baby so didn’t want to find a new one yet. I’m so glad I went to Venus. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and I feel refreshed and beautiful. She was so fun to talk to and the atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing. I’ve definitely found my new hair stylist!!

Pretty sure yes to walk ins and I'm not sure on the cost for highlights

I know they do make up, if you call the Tangles salon, they can answer your questions regarding nails, make up, and the cost.
I have not had any trouble with phone calls, but they do get busy. You can try the online booking tool, I have used that too. Not getting thru on the phone can be so frustrating.
