I have not had any trouble with phone calls, but they do get busy. You can try the online booking tool, I have used that too. Not getting thru on the phone can be so frustrating.
I've not had that experience. I do know they are a busy salon and usually takes a week or two to get an appt. They'd be worth another call....hope this helps
I don't usually call the shop. I book online or at my appointment. They've always been very professional. Something could be going on.
I've never had any issues getting through to them by phone either. There could have been an issue with the phones that day. I highly recommend you give them another try or use the online booking.
