The staff was not willing to help me with placing an online order. They said that if they didn't carry it in the store that they couldn't do anything about ordering my items. I went to a different stores and they able to help(not a Lowe's).

Really helpfull service in appliances. Quick and fast service on a busy Sunday. Sales associate very accommodating. Helped us purchase our appliances and set up the delivery we needed.

Went for 3 pendant lights. Took a bit to get help, but Ursula was the best. She was pleasant and helpful. They only had 2 of the coverings we wanted and Ursula checked to see when they would receive more. The checkout lady was pleasant as well. The only grumpy people we noted were customers!

Love the store, employees are great. EVERY TIME I schedule an appliance delivery, I get SHORT CHANGED!! I have bought at least 6 or 7 major appliances from this store since I moved here in 2014. Yesterday I purchased a refrigerator, I said I needed it delivered this week. They offered me MONDAY (today) between 8 & Noon. I took it and I sat home IN VAIN!!. After numerous unanswered calls to the store and the delivery number, I went to the store, only to be told it will be delivered tomorrow and they will call me. Employees answer when question " I didn't do the order so I don't know." This is the 3rd time delivery has STUCK me. Guess I need a new appliance store!!!

All employees had masks on, plastic dividers were at the registers and '6ft apart' markings on the floor. Customers, however are a different story down here. The selfishness & total disregard for other is overwhelming. Unfortunately our governor refuses to implement *any* safety precautions/restrictions - all while fudging the numbers in our state. (Especially in our schools & long term care facilities) But fear not, if you donated millions to his campaign, you already got your 2nd dose. 😏

They offer many services or referrals to approved professionals. Sometimes it depends on the circumstances. I believe for them to do it you'd have to buy the product from them.
