Why Spectrum. Without a doughty your company has to many department that know one knows what's going on. I can say you've have 2 workers you have in the business tech department know what there doing . Hey they dont work for Spectrum. Isn't that Crazy!! For a change I've gotten my issues I seem to get every month..maybe taken care of. I can finally enjoy my service . I'll keep my fingers crossed.

The store itself is gorgeous 😍, however, the place was packed, (1) cashier open, other lady stormed out &said " I'm going to lunch (a Spectrum Employee).so we're down 1....they they got stuck.on 1 customer that needed both thier attention, so now we're down 0....so we watched both ladies help.the 1 customer, listened to her issue, f-i-n-a-l-l-y...the other came back to her post, called a name..they had left some time ago...it my was turn...

The experience was great the only issue was there computers were down. I went in to make a payment the clerks were very friendly an helpful. They all had happy smiles on greated me the minute I walked it. It made .me feel so 🙏 welcome. It was a bright cheery atmosphere. I actually wanted to stay it mentally made me feel calm.
