This building is currently overrun by drugs and cigarette and weed filled. There is not a day that you can move around this building without encountering someone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This includes residents passed out on the lobby floor from oxycotin overdoses. Some many residents are not on the lease and nothing is being done to correct the problem. Seniors like myself have to remain in our apartment just to be safe. So unless you love drugs, smoking and alcohol don’t move here. This building is NOT smoke or drug free.

I lived in a building on the east side on Franklin place where to a year for a manager to fix a leaking sink at least here it takes only a couple hours or a day I think the lady who put that one comment on is it just rental tenant thank you.

So not true...I took care of there elderly for most of my life..my professional carrer started in Milwaukee..some lack memory..due to medications, stress, AND YES old age..but as a rule.it doesnt apply across the board..and if a door is continuously then it is in my PROFESSIONAL OPINON it may be being done for guest in and out traffic and lack of attetion to detail by staff at a location.

There's a long waiting list but sometimes you can get in quicker on an emergency basis. Unfortunately I don't know the best way to get those resources. I do mechanical maintenance there
I have yet to hear anything about them having bugs in the past year or so. They do try to keep it safe and clean. I know some of the resident coordinators.
