I was at the San Bernardino location on Highland and it seemed like a bait and switch situation. Thay had the 3 in 1 convertible hand truck with a $89.99 sign clearly placed in front on the item. So I grabbed one but at check out it came out as $169.99. I contested the price and the manager checked. Thay had the wrong sign displayed in front the item. I asked where the $89.99 item was and I was told that they were in the back of the store. I said, then why was the sign in front that item. I was told that the sign clearly stated 2 in 1 rather then 3 in 1 and the item numbers didn't match. I wonder how may people bought it thinking it was supposed to be $89.99 but just paid the $169.99? I should have taken a picture.

I bought two of the cloth shade covers, like the portable carport things. We paid, and my husband brought something out to the car while the employees were getting the two shades from the back while I stayed in the store to wait for the shades. I see the employee with one of my shades, and I say "oh thank you, that's mine, my husband will be right back." He blew me off. I'm in a wheelchair so I assume he was assuming I was just rambling by the way he dismissed me. Then my husband walks back in the store and walks up to the guy and says "hi there, is that one of the shades?" gestures at the shade on the guy's dolly and the guy points to the cash register. I said "We already paid," and the employee accusingly goes "and HOW many exactly did you buy?" I said "Two, we already paid, those are ours." Another employee had the other shade and told us to back up our truck to the front of the store, having us park in the handicap cross hatch zone. Which is a whole different thing entirely but my point here is that the dude was rude. The security guard was super sweet though and said happy mother's day when we first came into the store. That dude was good.

In case of a emergency situation which a barricade would be the best solution. EX: A crazy mofo outside trying to stab people inside. Locked door, Bam problem temporarily fixed until the boys in blue arrive
No
