Takes about twice the amount of time it should take a. Employees are walking around like they've got nothing to do. Radiator fluid exchange turned out poorly. Looks like they didn't extract the antifreeze completely beforehand. Is mixed with the old stuff. Very unsatisfied

Although I can recommend Jiffy Lube in general, I cannot do so for this location. They seemingly going out of their way to remove “jiffy” from their services. I was in line behind one car for 25 minutes. Then the car pulled out and I was thinking I’d then be in and out in a jiffy. But no. Instead, the bay was open for another 10 minutes while all 4 employees worked on a car in another bay. Then the guy comes out and with no explanation, asks that I back up and allow the car that pulled in behind me, to enter the bay in front of me. I asked why and his response: “just move your car”. I drove off and shall never return, nor recommend. The only reason I gave this two stars (rather than 1) is the location.

They work efficiently. The rule for ALL oil & lube places is to have your history of services performed in hand. However, if you don't know the services already performed on your vehicle, you will preached about doing ALL ( $$ ) your coolant, brake, transmission, power steering fluids, wiper blades, etc. So you are warned.
