BEWARE!!! They are dramatically raising rental prices. In one month our rent went from $151 to $231 from May to June 2022. They purchased the property from Sherman Oaks Mini-storage. They were wonderful. Now that Extra Space owns it, it’s not corporately maintained or upgraded as to remotely justify the dramatic rent increase which they raised in the ballpark of 50%. Completely unacceptable. The friendly management does what they can but word to the wise, do not rent from them. UPDATE. I believe the manager was more concerned about my review than truly addressing my concerns. So it seems by the message left on my voicemail. I called back, was asked to hold but I said he can call me back, but I’m still waiting for a call back.

I’ve been with the mini storage facility for about 10 years. The staff has always been helpful and kind. The storage has new ownership and unfortunately I had to move to a new company because of the steep up rate to my storage space. The storage space has gradually increased over the years however an $80 increase with barely 30 days notice is just too much.

I have enjoyed renting a space for many years. Jeff in the main office has been super helpful anytime I have any needs or questions. The storage facility is clean, has good hours for getting in and out on the weekends and weekdays and evenings. I also love the drive up to the unit feature even if you are on the second or third floor. No elevators to deal with!!!!
