This is the best Public Storage Location Point Blank! Any other Public Storage I’ve been to, are usually dirty and have rude employees!! Huge Thanks to Anthony! He gave me Outstanding Customer Service. I live in DTLA, but I would rather, a million times come use a storage space at this location. I will definitely refer this place to my friends! Anthony gave me additional information for myself and for any friends that I will be referring to this location. Anthony, if you read this, DON’T EVER CHANGE your Excellent customer service! Disappointed. During my visit to lease a unit, there were several units that had been robbed. I witnessed how dismissive and nonchalant the staff was. The unit tenant wasn’t even called by the staff. I’ve been to the facility twice and each time, the customer service was poor. Staff leave you waiting while they work on the computer. No urgency and no lines. They want everything to be self-service. I’m not going lease a unit from Public Storage because after research, I’ve determined you get what you pay for. Other storage facilities that are independently-own and not publicly-traded seem to care about their customers. Competitors have better alarms and surveillance throughout. Insurance policies don’t always cover claims.
