Moved here about 26 years ago. I guess you could say i like everything about being here. To top it off i have worked in the office 2 days a week for about 5 years now. Every one here is fantastic. Especially the owners and they haven't paid me to say nice things. Lol People come for awhile and end up staying or keep coming back each year.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could leave a half star I would. This place is terrible. The place definitely doesn't like you unless your over the age of 40 so don't even try here. They had an issue with my 8 month old daughter being here and insisted us leave. They don't allow you to have any kind of company over even though you pay the rent to stay there and own your camper. Tweakers walking the street around 1-2 in the morning. Drunks clashing glass beer bottles all night. Our neighbor came across the street drunk waving a baseball bat at me while I was pregnant and my fiance was inside cooking. The people in the neighborhood shot our cats multiple different times, and everyone has outside cats here so it's not an issue. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! PLEASE!

If you're under age 65 expect to be discriminated against. For some reason the management feels the need to find reasons to complain. I was told I was speeding. Well interesting they only noticed my sports car but didn't mention my two other vehicles. I drive them all the same speed. Weird you only noticed one of three cars from the same place. It's just disappointing. Shouldn't you be older and wiser? Guess not

This is a great family run RV park that they take pride in! It's pet friendly, has big sites and people are friendly. There's not a whole lot of activities compared to other parks and no pool, but the monthly rates are low. We love it as we have been at much higher priced parks that had tons of services that we didn't use. If you're the same as us....this may be the the park for you. It's in a great location just 5 minutes east of Brandon FL....so it's close to Brandon, Plant City and Tampa. Where you drive into the park, this is the oldest part of the park. This part has some run down looking rvs....mostly permanent residents in this section. There are so many trees all over the old section that it can look dirty from all the leaves that fall and the grass hardly grows up there. But don't let this scare you. As you continue on it the park it's really nice. However, if you're looking for "posh" with all beautifully manicured lawns. ....this isn't the place for you.
