GREGORY FROMEN of RV ONE SUPER STORES in Tampa FL is the reason my husband and I are now Very Happy Owners of a 2020 Thor ACE!! After visiting a few RV Shows in New York over the past several years, and recent extensive on-line research, we planned a trip to Florida as it seems that is where the most pre-owned options are. Several weeks before our planned FL visit, I inquired with a few dealerships on specific RVs listed on their sites via the “pop-up” help option. I was contacted by customer service center representatives for all dealerships, except RV One Super Stores. When I left my contact information for the first motorhome I was interested in at RV One Tampa, I immediately received a call from Greg who was ready to answer my questions about that particular RV and took the time to inquire about our must-haves and things we absolutely didn’t want. He suggested options that would suit our needs, but due to our trip not being scheduled for several weeks, those units sold before we were able to get there. Greg very kindly suggested if we saw something we were very interested in, it would be best to secure it with a deposit…….. and he was right!!! He found the perfect motorhome for us! But he didn’t stop there, he went over and above to get us as many photos as possible since we were making a large down-payment and basically making this purchase sight unseen. Anytime I had a question about any part of the purchase process, he was right there to answer my calls and texts which made me feel very comfortable about this long-distance transaction. After we made our deposit and completed the loan application, we were put in touch with Cesar Rodriguez in the Finance Department to get the paperwork in place before we arrived to sign the purchase agreement. Cesar and Greg worked together to make this transaction as smooth as possible. And, believe me……. I had many questions, and they were both Very patient and kind throughout my many phone calls, e-mails and texts. When we arrived at the beautiful showroom of RV One Tampa, we were greeted by a lovely woman named Nellie who had everything ready to get our purchase started. Shortly after, we met Gregory who is even nicer in person!! He showed us our new motorhome and it was everything we expected and more. Then it was onto signing the purchase agreement with Cesar. The process was very quick and efficient. He explained the benefits of the RV Complete Warranty options which we very confidently purchased because all of our other dealings with RV One were above expectations. We originally were going to go with another warranty suggested by a friend, but we quickly changed our minds about that because RV One is truly a Super Store that we highly recommend!!! I could go on and on about our great experience with RV One Tampa, but it’s best to wrap this up by saying…. If you are looking to purchase an RV in FL, go to RV One Tampa and ask for Gregory Fromen. He is Wonderful!! He is great salesperson who is by no means overbearing. He is very friendly, extremely thorough, and always there to answer questions. We anxiously look forward to starting our new adventures thanks to Greg making everything possible so much earlier than we expected! (Attached are photos of our stop off in TN to visit friends on our way home to NYC. They went from city life to country life. With our new Thor ACE, we will be able to enjoy both and so much more!)

We purchased an RV from Alexa (who was great. Very helpful and responsive through the whole process). Louis the finance manager was not as remarkable. He took days, like 3-4 days at one point to return calls. He was friendly and nice enough aside from that. Other than that, everyone was great.

I have heard horror story after horror story on people getting poor customer service from RV dealerships and I am very happy to say that I have had the exact opposite experience. I’ve been COMPLETELY satisfied with all aspects of the customer service I’ve received at RVone Tampa. From the initial salesman, through our buying experience, to the entire service team (especially or service rep Ron). With a new coach I knew we’d have some issues and so far Ron and the service team has been nothing short of incredible. We love our new Alliance and are very thankful for the service we have received. Anyone in the market for a new RV should definitely consider RVone Tampa to make their purchase

Great service in all aspects
I will not say any thing, to many variables...
Not only do we sell pre-owned RVs, we have a large selection of the most popular makes and models available!
They probably put water in them to 1) make sure they didn't leak, 2) the meter gauge works

I hate to seem.snarky but why would you ask that question in this format? Maybe grow a pair and request that meeting?
I bought a new Class C from them in 2016. My experience the last 3 years has been favorable. I visited their new facility last week. Very impressive!
Well a can say this. I Purchased purchased a pre owned fifth wheel from RV ONE in November 2018. The first use was the first weekend of December 2018. We had a water leak the the bathroom. Two weeks after the first call the repairman arrives he was unable to complete repairs. Three weeks after this date another repairman arrives again and was unable to complete repairs . Now since January 2019 to my wife and I have made several attempts to contact our service rep. She has only returned one call reassuring she would be back in touch with us. That was three weeks ago. Again two calls have been made with no acknowledgement. From my point of view "There service Sucks".
