Maybe they are better at pools? Would not dream of purchasing a hot tub from them again and will never buy another Aspen Spas tub. Installed mid May and we're on our 3rd replacement display that you control the tub with and it's mid July. Update 8/1/22...3rd replacement display/top side installed 7/21, Tom with D and L came today to replace the spa pack to hopefully stop all the issues we've had and instead left us with only one working jet. He clearly didn't test anything before leaving or give us the chance to make sure it was working before he left.

I would like to thank D and L Pools, Inc. I took on the task of restoring and maintaining a very large pool two years ago. It was nothing short of a frog pond when I first removed the cover. So began the complete restoration project. Everything from the complete painting of the pool to rebuilding the filter and pump system. Even a lesson on water chemistry. I had absolutely zero experience with a pool. Now I operate and maintain a 33,000 gallon commercial pool and it wouldn't have been possible without the excellent service and knowledge of Toby Chapman from D and L Pools, Inc. Keep up the fantastic work.
