This place is amazing! The owner is very knowledgeable. They have everything from fresh poultry, eggs for eating and hatching, the highest quality heritage birds anywhere, quail meat and eggs. They even are getting ready to offer heritage pork. If you're in Ruskin go on their website and order some meat or eggs ! You won't regret it. They also heavily support 4-H programs and are involved in the community which is how I found them.

I really appreciate the farming philosophy at Stellar Game Bird. The Jumbo Brown Quail are nothing less than amazing. The quality of all their stock is the best. I enjoy eating fresh quail meat and chicken eggs from their farm. I’m buying some rabbits from them soon because I want a quality breed that will thrive in my back yard.

We do not raise pheasants at this time but will have a select few breeders later in the season.
Chicken and quail eating eggs are $6 a dozen, duck eggs are $7 a dozen (limited quantities).

We are a seasonal farm and not a hatchery. We raise Pomeranian and Cotton Patch Geese. They tend to start laying in February until late April/May.
We do sell live chicken. The prices depend on the age and breed. We breed for genetic vigor.
