The pizza was burnt, barely any sauce or cheese. You can order the pizza with kite sauce or extra sauce, but not “regular” sauce (same with the cheese). Also, no flavor, very bland. Delivery was quick which was nice

Go with your gut and save your money!! We ordered from South Shore Pizza again against our better judgment and sure enough they messed up our order again. We ordered from them for the first time about a month ago. The food was awesome. All of the menu items we ordered were good! We enjoyed it so much that we ordered from them again a couple weeks later. Unfortunately, the food then was not as good nor was it correct. We did not complain because we were hungry and just wanted to eat. We decided to give them another try this evening. I was a tad skeptical, but my son loves the mac and cheese bowl... so we gave it another go. An hour after placing our order our food arrived. I asked for no bacon on my son's mac and cheese bowl... bacon was on it. I asked for no ranch and to add lettuce on my sub...I received a skimpy sub with ranch and no lettuce. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub... and there were pieces of beef in it. There can't be any quality control on what leaves that store. Can't be. We have been looking for a go to spot in this area... but this isn't it!! They won't get another dime from us.

This use to be my go to place whenever I wanted pizza and wings. Delivery can be a little slow sometimes but that didn't really matter. The past few months the quality of food has gone down in my opinion. To the point that I stopped going there all together and driving out of my way to East Coast pizza off Big Bend road. Basically driving past this place to drive 15-20 minutes down the road. I decided to give this place another try out. But I called ahead of time and spoke to the manager that was there that day. She was very polite and listened to my concerns. I explained to here that I use to order several times a week and now I do not. I asked that she would make sure that the quality of my food was good! I shouldn't have to call and make special requests just to get food made correctly. Since that one time I've attempted again to order hoping they would get it right. The pizza is just not what it use to be. Which is a huge disappointment! Today was the last time I will ever go there again. I ordered my usual pizza. Sausage and Pepperoni. Because of my previous disappointments with the quality of their food. I always check what it looks like before paying. And it was exactly as expected! Where's the cheese! The explanation that was given was that for months they have been over proportioning their pizza's with cheese. And they now decide to scale back to cut cost. So basically the customer gets a lower quality product in order to fatten their pockets! They definitely lost a customer for good! I'll make the drive past them to go pick up a better quality pizza. And to the owner please don't insult me with any offers or discounts. I decline in advanced. Below is a picture of how their pizza's use to look like months ago. Compared to how it has been looking the last few times I've ordered there. Never again.

UPDATE The owner did add a $15 credit to my account. I placed a delivery order for a large mushroom pizza, a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a 2 liter of coke. Again the 2 topping pizza was great but the mushroom was short on cheese again. Google won't allow me to upload pics from this order to show. I will order again because of the owner's immediate response to the issue, but will order light sauce in the future. First time ordering from here. Website is easy to navigate. The delivery driver was awesome. Super friendly and doubled checked to make sure my order was complete with my extra garlic sauce. The kid's pizza (pepperoni and sausage) came out great. My children said it was the best pizza ever. The dessert pie was delicious and came with more than enough icing. However, my small mushroom pizza was disappointing. As you can see from the pictures, there was barely any cheese on the pizza! There was, however, an absurd amount of sauce. I usually order light sauce, but chose not to for this order because everyone in my neighborhood said how everything was great about them, including sauce ratio. It held true for the big pizza. Needless to say, my pizza was not satisfying. Was really hoping this would be my go-to place, but I don't think it will be. Not saying I won't order from here in the future, but weekly Friday night pizza won't be ordered from here.
