ROACHES. Roaches coming from the ceiling, through the front door, and out the sink. I’d wake up in the middle of the night and it was roach city on the floor. The roaches were always out and were nice enough to hide while we had company but return as soon as the company left. Did I mention, ROACHES?

The doors are ridiculously flimsy. Every square inch of the place is covered in paint (even the inside of the kitchen drawers/cabinets). There are no ceiling light fictures in the bedrooms or living room. Our neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. There is only one parking spot per aparment no matter how many bedrooms (good luck finding street parking because everyone double parks). All the gates are locked at night (generalized because they lock them whenever they want, not at a certain time) so if you live on the side of the aparments closer to wilber, you would have to walk all the way to the front entrance and then back through the alley of the apartments, (where there are usually a bunch of suspicious young men smoking weed), to get back to your place. As a young woman I do not feel safe here EVER. There are constantly police coming into the area because of residents or their aquaintances

The staff is VERY friendly, very helpful always there to help me over the phone or in person, I get greeted with a smile and always get offered water (especially in this HOT weather!!) The community is very clean, great place to live!!
