1st employee was great! Last one too! But the cashier… She’s another story. She is rude. She never said hello or Smiled. I asked her if I could add the tip to my bill. Immediately, she started pointing to a “no cash back policy” sign, as if to say why didn’t you read this? When I tried to explain what I wanted, she had no patience or interest. I ended up telling her off, and that she lost a customer. She didn’t seem to think that was any big deal at all, and walked away from the window. I told the people behind me in the line to be careful of her, because she was a mean woman. Because of her, I will not be back.

This is the best car wash place in Northridge. The service is fast and they do a good job washing your car. There is a fast food restaurant and plenty of room in the waiting area. You can go to Costco to pick up a quick item or have a quick bite to eat. Then you can fill up on Costco gas after the car wash.

It's convenient near Northridge Costco gas. I've never been overly impressed with how well they clean the car. It's like they always want to upsale, but don't do the best job with what you order. Just my opinion. They are curious and quick. If your car just needs to have dirt to wash off they are good. If you have tree sap or other things that fall from above, they won't work at getting it off. They tell you your car needs the $300 detail.

Just left the car wash and paid $21 so that the inside of my car is vacuumed and this is what I got back. Crumbs still on the carpet which shows they clearly didn’t even bother with the vacuum in the backseat.Very disappointed in this service.I also went around 12:30pm and was the only one in line, so they can’t even give me the “ it was busy” excuse. Never bringing my car here again, save your money folks.
