I had a very bad experience their today. Where there were still those round small brownish dirt flecks on windows, hood, side panels and doors. I used the red towels and cleaned it off myself and walked the whole car. The guy was getting mad. I was getting a little upset as they were wiping off with no elbow grease inquired. When I asked he told me I needed to pay for a detail. I don't think I will ever go back. Especially when I paid $19.99 for the basic. I only have him $3 and came home and wiped the rest of the vehicle down. Extremely disappointed!!!
I like the place , no problems.
I keep a close eye on the cleaning and ask them to reclean if they didn't do a good job.
