Mark is an absolute treasure! He called me as I was renting online to be certain that the unit would fit my needs. When I got there, he showed me my unit, verified it would work for me, and finalized the paperwork. He was a joy to work with. Made the entire experience pleasant and easy.

During the pandemic, I was able to select my unit, pay online, sign the lease online and sent them a copy of my renter's insurance via email. They even followed up with me and left me a voicemail to see when I was moving in so that they could remove the temporary lock. When I got there, it was on a Sunday morning and the nice gentleman verified my valid rental of the space and removed the temporary lock for me. Easy and I love how all units are pretty much ground level. Friendly and accommodating.

Customer service is the best, I have had nothing but great experiences since our organization has worked with GSS. Our fourth year here; the place is spotless and prices are competitive. The manager takes care to make sure it is a secured facility and that people are staying safe, operating within rules.

I am impressed by the Northridge location and the business in general. I researched storage last night, and used the text message option I got a reply quickly. I was able to find out what units were likely to be available or not last night then was given the number of the specific location. The Covid Pandemic complicated matters some, but I feel the business has adjusted well giving the option to do many things over the phone. The staff listened to my needs, and let me know my options. The Northridge location seems kept up well and secure. The staff were nice and truly helpful, which I appreciate because it is my first time renting a storage unit.

No it is not for security purposes. You can always speak with one of our managers regarding access times but our access hours are 7AM- 6PM MON-SAT and 10AM- 5PM SUN
We require our tenants to have insurance. You can provide renter's insurance or purchase ours which is $7.5 per mo./$2,500 coverage or 10$ per mo./$5,000 coverage There is also a one time administrative fee of $20.
No there is not. There is electricity available on our site in case of emergency.
