I’m not sure about the other locations never used them. This location is trash! I paid them about $40 for an inside and out wash and left a $20 tip. I was only there not even 24hrs ago. Just look at the pics and you be the judge. Also, they have like three people working on the inside detail once it comes through the drive through car wash so I’m not understanding why my car look like this??? Never again!!

So, because of the way I was treated today at this location, I cancelled my membership immediately. I’m from Missouri and the locations there are always smiling, cheerful, and very helpful. This particular location was the first I visited since moving to Tampa and will be the last time. The employees were rude and dismissive. If I don’t pay for my membership to have interior vacuumed by your employees, there should still be self service vacuums available for other customers. Stopping at this location today was the worst choice I could have made, and was a waste of time. I couldn’t vacuum the inside of my car.
