Brief and to the point. The intake guys especially the Puerto Rican guy (sorry I didn't get his name) are AWESOME! The interior gets cleaned and vacuumed. The manager dude on the out-take end where the cars get wiped down, FORGET ABOUT IT! HIS MOTTO MUST BE "MAKE EXCUSES" instead of "Make it Right"! A $40 wash looks the same as their $10 wash. Twice his crew did not touch the rims or fender wells of my car. Instead, he came out making EXCUSES! Stating that when you press your brakes twice, theres dust on the rims and fender wells. GTF Outta Here with that! The guys up front, EXCELLENT! I want NOTHING for free, only what I pay for. Thank you! -U.S. ARMY-

I get my car washed here because it’s the only practical one available in this area. That being said They do a TREMENDOUS job washing and detailing your car but they could do a lot more to bring the place up to date. Maybe invest in a coffee machine and some new furniture. Maybe clean the viewing glass so I can see my car going through your car wash. I love you guys but seriously consider a makeover. It’s 2022.
