The store manager from the store located in MLK Seffner, Angel went above and beyond providing an excellent service. He found the best battery and terminal and install it in less than 15 minutes. Sugestion. They need to have something to protect themselves from the heat of the sun when they are outside.

Yesterday I went to the store on milk and pine in seffner. My service engine light was on. Matt told me that it meant I needed and oil change, which I recently had and would not run the diagnostic. I went to the store at 504 milk blvd and spoke with Angel. He immediately went to my car and ran the test, which showed I needed a Mass Air Flow Sensor. I purchased the sensor and he went outside to show me where it is. He then noticed that I had no oil cap. I always have it changed at the Nissan dealer. I purchased the oil and the cap. If it wasn’t for Angel I would have let my engine seize. Angel deserves my kudos. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I will visit this store for any other needs

I come here all the time and I just went there Nov 1st, in the morning. Was not greeted nor did anyone say they would be with me shortly… nothing. Waited for 15 mins because the girl behind the counter walked away after her customer even though she saw me waiting and the guy on the end pretended to be busy the middle guy had a customer but looked up at me didn’t say anything. Special thanks to Ishmael he was working the back stocking things saw me standing there asked if I needed help and graciously helped me. Not sure if I was profiled as a woman but I knew exactly what I needed so I would’ve been in and out. Need to talk to your morning crew about quality customer service. This is why I am giving two stars.
