So let me start off by saying that this office is clean, friendly, and organized. All of the staff have been pleasant and it’s very easy to get in for an appointment and they have walk in hours available for issues that can be addressed rather quickly. I’m only giving 4 stars because I brought my Poodle puppy in on three different occasions complaining about ear scratching/ irritation. The first time I did not see a doctor and the assistants advised that the itchiness was from a build up of hair in the ears which is common for poodles. Cool. However, even after this cleaning and plucking my puppy was still showing signs of irritation. I go in a second time (all within a few days of each other) and this time I saw a doctor but the doctor did not thoroughly check his ears with the device and the assistants just did another cleaning. Some days pass and I notice that the itchiness is getting worse for my puppy and I bring him in AGAIN. So three times in the span of a week in a half. Dr. Rodriguez finally caught what the others CLEARLY missed! A pretty bad ear infection! My baby needed to get three shots and came home with antibiotics and ointment. I’m grateful for Dr. Rodriguez because he actually took the time out, got the device and looked into my puppy ears to see that it was a much larger problem at hand. He was very polite and gave me all the information I needed to know about the medication and the injections that he administered. I could tell Dr. Rodriguez was upset that no one caught the error and it took three times. the ladies at the front desk apologized as well and discounted a portion of my visit. I’m a new pet owner so I should’ve been more stern and thorough with my puppy’s care especially when I had a gut feeling that something else was wrong other than the hair buildup in his ears. I would recommend this office but I will say, don’t be afraid to ask questions, always see a doctor, not the assistants especially if you are a new pet owner and I highly recommend asking to see Dr. Rodriguez in particular. He’s a very kind hearted man and my Puppy likes him too.

The staff and Doctors have been awesome from day one. The staff communicates with you in person and on the phone. We will not trust anyone else to care for our boxer June.

I saw that the Tampa Bay Times awarded Advanced Veterinary Services with the "Peoples Choice Award" for 2022 for being "The Best of the Best" in veterinarian medicine in Tampa Bay for the second year in a row. Well done and well deserved. I've been bringing my cat Vinny there for just over 2 years and am very happy with the excellent care he gets. I was there with him this week and as always was impressed by the facility, staff and excellent Doctors. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

I was hoping that our concerns would be addressed, but it didn’t appear as if they cared. We had concerns about our kitten leaving drops of blood about the house as well as irregular bowel movement. Everything was minimized and a remedy was offered that didn’t appear to help much. Then we went for another appointment after which our kitten got fleas. We ended up buying her the medication from fleas. She stays indoors all the time and doesn’t go outdoors. Only was transported to the vet by our car. Either she got the fleas from there or here, and it’s definitely not from here. Very dissatisfied so far. As if we’ve been overpaying for not much service, and in some cases a disservice.

Call before you go. They're a busy vet.
You would have to call there and ask them on Monday I don't know if you are on food stamps or disability you can get a voucher from the faulkenburg road animal place to have them fixed for $10 and they give them a rabies shot too. you just have to fill out the form and take it there and then they give you a referral to one of the local vets
