The staff at All About Animals was very professional. The vet tech (Taylor) and the veterinarian (Dr. Moore) listened to our concerns and answered our questions. It was nice being able to be inside the exam room with our pets as some vets are still not allowing pet owners to come inside. The fees were much more affordable than other vets in the area. The weekend hours and later hours dithering week make it easier and more convenient to bring our pets in.

Waited over an hour for an appointment only to be told they didn’t know when we would be seen upon asking. I am no stranger to waiting for appointments, but the office staff offered no assistance in providing us with an update as to when we would be seen. 4 people that walked in after us were seen before us, and two were taken after we were told we were next. The cat had 0 medical history to be entered and just needed a basic examination. While sitting there, I watched as multiple people came in to pick their animals up and were greeted with unexpected bills. This place needs new management or at least more courteous office staff. So incredibly glad I left work to take my cat to the vet only to have to leave the vet appt to get to my daughters school on time without my cat being seen. I’ll establish care somewhere else. Glad I didn’t waste my money here. Super excited to have to catch this cat and cart her to the vet again.

My girl had a seizure on a Friday night. They got me in the next day. I was a wreck but Dr Hughes seamed very knowledgeable and caring. Hopefully my Claire will be ok. Not cheap but not too expensive either. About average I would say.

I started taking my dogs to ALL ABOUT ANIMALS when my regular vet passed away a few years back. I love Dr Hughes and Dr Nichole. They have always treated my dogs with utmost care and respect. They both answer any questions you might have and tries to come up with exams that you can afford and doesn’t try to make you feel bad when they suggest an exam that you can’t afford and can’t get done. Thanks Dr Hughes and Dr Nichole!
