I put a order in on line to pick up at the drive thru. When I got there they said there was no order there for me. So I gave them the paper I printed on line and they found the order. And than they said sarcastically the paper just has your name on it does not say when the order will be done. But mind you there were 2 cars in front of me that ordered at the speaker and they got their order. So she said drive around and i said what does that mean? I waited 20 minutes in the car and no one came - I even saw 3 customers go in and come out with their order. So I went inside and my order was seating on a shelve the time stamp showed it had been there for 15 minutes.When I got home the order was cold.

Service was really good! Even despite being busy the staff was helpful and accurate. Only one minor thing (but I hardly would say they were at fault for this really) I didn't get pickles with my sandwich and they were out of tender. Nevertheless though, my sandwich was still really good and we were offered regular crispy chicken with a extra piece as well! Very impressed and satisfied. Will come again.

Since nobody at the store wants to pick the phone up then I'll say it here I ordered a 8 piece family meal which comes with 2 thigh 2 drum sticks 2 wing's and 1 breast so why the hell my order have 4 breast 1 drum sticks 22 wings and a thigh ,if you didn't have my order let me know do just send me what you feel like and on top of it where's the condiments.

The chicken sandwich is great ....the first couple of bites . The chicken itself is most and juicy on the inside and outside is by far the crispness I have ever had. However there is way too much mayonnaise on both the classic and spicy sandwiches. It's just takes over your whole mouth and the chicken flavor takes a major back seat. 😒 I ordered regular sized Cajuns fries with it and could not believe how little fries they gave me. I literally had about 12 individual fries. I ended up stopping at a McDonald's on the way home for another fry for the exact same price of $2.99 but for a LARGE size. Where I finally got my money's worth. I gotta say if your gonna order the fries , order the large size for $5.99 . They are however really good and were more flavorful than the mcdonalds fries. So credit there. Ask them to not put sauce on your chicken sandwich and take the sauce on the side . Will be a much better sandwich . Kinda like how chick fil a does it.
