This was my second time ordering curbside from this location and each time the food was cold. I got there early & checked in and still have to wait 10-13 mins for my food. I ordered Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers w/ Coleslaw &Fries Spicy Shrimp Tacos w/ Mexican Rice &Black Beans Pepper Pals Cheese Pizza w/&Fries In the pictures the fries look half eaten and the coleslaw looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge over a week. The rice I received w/ the tacos was literally the bottom of the pot rice nasty & hard. I won’t be going back to this location…terrible.

This has been the worst Chili‘s dining experience I’ve had in my life. I placed an order online for pick up directly through the Chili’s website and this is what they served me. The quesadillas were so old and burnt that both sides of the quesadilla wouldn’t even stick together. If you rub both sides of the quesadilla together you could certainly start a fire— that is how dry and hard they were. The Texas cheese fries were also obviously old, cold and stiff with wet smelly bacon crumble on top and it looked like a bowl of vomit. I cannot believe they actually gave this to a person to eat. I have noticed with this Chili’s if you place an order online for carry out they automatically assume that it is an Uber eats order and they like to try to blame the food being cold on Uber eats. In this case however, I placed the order online directly via the Chili’s website and I picked it up from the restaurant only 10 minutes after placing the order online at around 12pm which is one of the least busiest time for this restaurant according to Google analytics. There was no excuse for that food to be cold or old. Absurd.

First time at this location. It was a busy Friday night, about a 40 minute wait. We had a nice server. We had a party of eight. Everyone liked their food.

Great, great, GREAT service. It was very busy but we still received amazing service. We were a party of 15 so we had a bit of a wait but I saw how they cleaned and disinfected the tables before they say anyone down. Once we say down they asked for our drinks and we received it right away along with the chips and salsa. Our waitress was very sweet and hospitable, along with the 2-3 other ones that helped since we were a big party. The food was delicious, I had ordered the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes and sour cream on the side. The sandwich was huge and delicious I could only eat half. My family ordered everything from steak and ribs, to salads and pasta, everyone raved about their food and they kept ordering the spider margaritas so I'm guessing they were good too. I highly recommend this place. Friendly and great service, delicious food, decent portions and prices. Enjoy.
