Dunkin'

Sad because I used to come here almost everyday but this place it getting worst and worst. Bagels when in existence not completed baked or cooked. In the afternoon they may have nothing :( that is bad. I guess this is good for the new place next door which I did not know and because of the lack of options at Dunkin' I started ordering from there.

Coffee was okay, lady behind the register was handling cash with one hand and handling food with the other...with no gloves...disgusting!

Unfortunately as the bagels and donuts are good but the service needs a HUGE improvement. Do not understand WHY the staff gives an attitude to pit strawberry cream cheese on a bagel!!!! On another instance, there were no patrons in front if me and waited over 10 minutes for bagels because of lack of communication and confusion. Cashier was nice but seemed very confused. Customer service needs improvement. Turning VERY GHETTO!

Ok store. The staff seemed to be well, staff..not overly joyful but not mean and disconnected either. My latte was made correctly so that's good. Usually at other Dunkin stores make it wrong and has to be made over again. I'll stop by again in the near future since I only got coffee not much to review.
