I LOVE Costa! It is so much fun hunting for special plants they have released. The variety they have, the quality. When new shipments start to arrive at local stores, the plant community is whipped into a frenzy, and it is so much fun. The plants are so full, they are generous with the cuttings they put in each pot. It is so much fun sorting through their plants and looking for sport variegation. I have not been to the facility, but I thoroughly enjoy their products.

I buy most of my plants from you because I don't have access to a nursery. Mostly I am pleased but there are some things that could be better. I am struggling now with a plant because yet again it had no name tag except assorted foilage. Now I don't know how to take care of the plant appropriately. While I was there getting the plant, I asked several employees what it was and they didn't know. I really wish you would label all of your plants appropriately so the right care can be given. And " I am houseplant" just doesn't cut it.
