I applied to this place got approved paid my deposit and then they switch company names without returning my calls when I never got my leasing information they finally answer the phone a week before I’m supposed to move just to tell me I need to pay $3000 in order to move in and they’re no longer sept excepting my old payment because of their new company. They said there’s nothing that they can do and now I’m going to be homeless because they last minute require me to cough of $3000 to move into a place that I already put a deposit down for. I should’ve read the reviews when other people had similar issues to not being able to move in last minute this place is trash in the middle of a beautiful city. I will also be pursuing live legal actions against his property for fraud.

I lived at Turtle Run for 1 year, and everything was alright you have some problems here and there but nothing major. But when you finish your contract BE AWARE. It's been 3 months since I moved out of the complex and no sign of my security deposit, I have been calling constantly the answer is always the same "it's coming, it should arrive this week" but it never does. It's very disappointing and I can't but my head on why this is so complicated to be solved.

A great community, I love this place because is in the middle of everything also the staff is grate and when you have a issue with anything in the Apparment I know they do their best to fix it as soon as possible. Now the reason why I give it 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is because parking is hard and garbage is becoming an issue, but the garbage issue I give to must of the residents who don’t put their garbage inside the garbage compactor because they are so lazy to walk to it and they just leave it in front of the compactor but otherwise this is a great place to live 😊😊😊😎😎😎

Been here for almost two years and now I’m leaving because this place is NOT worth $2000. I still have white refrigerator and white counters. Oh did I mention there’s never any parking. Why on earth would I pay $2000 for an apartment that looks like it should be worth $1500? I use to love living here but clearly they’re money hungry. My lease used to be 1500. But going up $500???? You guys are crooks. Oh yes and my balcony has many cracks in it which could fall at any moment. But this complex doesn’t care. They care about filling up the apartments. My upstairs neighbors have 9 people living there. There’s garbage everywhere. This community is TRASH all around. If you were smart, rent somewhere else.
