Nikki and Tia took good care of me. Knocked off a couple stars b/c their system kept making nickel and dime charges on my credit card for 3 months afterward. Also I ordered 5 blankets so they expected 5 to be returned, but there were only 4 in the pak. ALWAYS check contents before you leave the joint.

Excellent customer service! I went to this dealer because it was closest to my daughter's summer camp. All I needed was a box of 10 lb packing paper, as soon as I walked in with my newborn the two ladies were extremely nice and helpful. We had a great conversation and when I paid for the packing paper, one of the ladies just grabbed it and started walking it to my car. She did not ask me if I wanted help or even let me reach for it. If I need anything from uhaul, I will definitely come back to this one.

It was my first time for renting a U-Haul truck in FL. I chose this place, as they are nearby my apartment. They have good condition truck fit-for-all purposes. I went to reception, to rent the truck and the manager was very courteous, she helped me to get the documentation done quickly and explained all T&Cs. Only negative part, fuel is very costly, if you don't refuel before returning. Location is good, services and support is very good.
