Receptionist literally asked me if I could read English okay in a baby voice. I know I’m brown but geez I spoke perfect English when I came up to the window. Was it the curls? They were supposed to treat me for tinnitus and didn’t do the audio test cause my ear was clogged but instead of cleaning it she sent me to go buy some ear drops and to come back whenever my ear was unclogged. Said “oh we’ll see” when I stated that my ear rang regardless of the clog and that both my ears were clean when the problem started and continues. Just so happens today I had too much wax. It’s her job to clean it not make it worse which is what she did. She just shoved whatever was there further in and made a clog but she said it was too in there for her, thinking if I even wanna return for that second appointment. All they did was further clog my ear and push more wax down. I could hear some but now I’m deaf in that ear cause they clogged it up more
