Went inside to order, stood around for a few mins, eventually someone grumpily told me that they didn’t support in-person orders inside - I had to use the app or the drive thru. A clear sign would’ve been appreciated!! The drive thru server (Jada?) was really good - calm and polite. Took about 20 mins to cook my vegan chicken tho. And they omitted the chimichurri from my order too.

I ordered my food and rice puddim as dessert from this Pollo Tropical store. When I opened the rice puddim, I noticed something different in its consistent. After I tasted it the rice pudding was spoilt. I looked at the expiration date and it was saying "Best by May 2nd 2022". The milk was curdled.

1 star is too much. The Customer Service is terrible! When they messed up my order of $23.00, they would not fix it. I called HQ Customer Service, they said they will send a gift card for the amount I spent & $10. They said it will take upto 14 days. After 3 weeks and no card, I called again. They wanted my original receipt, I said I gave it 3 weeks ago . They had my conversation on computer, she read from our conversation, so I know she had my info, but she said: No one entered that they would refund or send a card to me. So at that time, they said they can ONLY give a $10.00 card. After 15 min, she said, she can't send me a card, they can only send to the app. Later, when I checked the app, it said I can not access until they email me a code. I clicked to send the code, a few minutes later. I clicked resend. And again &again. It's very obvious the won't refund me, and they lied about a $10.00 gift card. They lost my family's business, we'll never go back.

I go thru the drive Thru with 10 minutes to spare to pick up my son. They tell me to pull up that they aren’t ready. Then they forget about me so I go in and the yuca bites are sitting in the basket. So then the man gives me one order. I tell him I ordered two so them another lady starts to make the order and then leaves in the middle leaving me hanging. So I have to ask again for my order. The whole Process took 25 minutes and I was late to pick up my son from school. This is supposed to be fast food. Poor service.

Always had prey good service.. remeber most of the time they are flipping the chix of the grill, unlike mcd's or bk.. pulling it frommsitting under a heat light thatbit sat under for 1 hour..

Food was horrible, rice wasn't cook properly, chicken was dry, and also took about 15 minutes to receive my food after ordering it.
