Hoorrible food, not good employes at this place ... pollo tropical need to hire new people at this location ..ugly real ugly service and food
I go there for lunch from time to time. The food is good. Definitely on the top side of fast food.
When they 1st opened they used to be on top of their game, however lately they've been slipping.
Very busy location that is frequently overwhelmed by rush of customers Mgmt needs to have more employees on staff during peak hours. Very poorly run operation
