Well the manager is an extremely aggressive individual. So much so his manager is requesting him to do anger management treatment he does have a problem mistreating the elderly tenants by yelling and screaming and throwing things at them. The manager is irresponsible about making the tenants obey the animal rules. One of my friends that live there has been attacked by one of the dogs in the building numerous times and nothing has been done about it. So I get an order of exclusion because I protective friend.
