We’ve used Kitsap firewood for 3 seasons now and this was By far the worst experience. I would give them a lower rating except for past performance. The delivery person was very helpful and delivered on time. And the wood was mainly Douglas fir with a bit of pine. However about a third of a cord was way too large to fit in our stove. I had to load it in the truck, haul it up to friends that have a log splitter (needed since the wood was very knotty), spend an hour splitting the wood to the right size and then bring it home before I could load it in the woodshed. This has never happened before and I’m disappointed in this year’s performance. Perhaps there’s been a change in management? February 28 update. Just heard from Chad? about our concerns, He recommended we remind them that we need smaller wood for our stove and they will accommodate our needs! Good business acumen, for sure.

I asked for a cord of dry conifer & maple. They delivered exactly on time. The wood is dry & ready to burn now. The delivery guy put it right where I wanted it & wax very friendly. I wish I had used them in the past.

The product is amazing, and service is outstanding. Delivery was right on time, as promised! The machines are top notch (and super cool to watch work) and obviously well cared for.
