Genuine and knowledgeable customer service. I went in for my wedding and I felt that most people would have tried to up-sale. This was not the case! This florist knows what she is doing. I felt really cared about our wedding. She mentioned things that I didn't even think of! I purchased a "florists choice" bouquet for Mother's Day - I don't make it out to Kingston much these days, but I wanted to be sure mom got something she'd adore, and Thistle Floral created a stunner that did just that. Mom loved the selection of the flowers and delighted in their freshness and lovely smells. On my end of things, the purchase was easy, and the shop even called me to make sure I knew I was ordering from a shop in Kingston, WA, not Minnesota (I made a goof on the delivery address). Really thankful for Thistle and Floral, who came through in spade for Mother's Day!
