I am supposed to be on automatic refill, which I signed up for after getting assurances that if my tank ever ran out, they would refill it with 24 hours. Well, they let my tank go empty and when I called I told someone will get back to me Monday (today is Friday). When I asked about the 24 hour refill guarantee, I was told, “Oh, we stopped doing that a long time ago.”

Great company! I forgot to check my tank and was very low during the bad weather we had in January. They were out to help the very next day!

Nice on the phone but are on automatic refill and have been without propane for 4 days after calling that it was getting low 3 times over the last two weeks without a return call. Keep getting their message service. Finally got a person in the office this morning and said they would get us on the schedule and call back. Now it’s afternoon and still no call back. Maybe I’ll start a propane business in Kitsap County.

They were supposed to keep tank full but ran out of propane the first day of the storm. Ten days later, 10 emergency tickets and one stop at the facility and I still have no heat or hot water. House in the 40's for my 70 year old husband who has an auto immune disease and can't go to a hotel or public spaces. Two animals that had to stay with other people. Still no end in sight. This from a company 1 mile from house. No other company can fill another company's tank. Shame on them. There is no excuse for putting people in danger.

You will not get a call back. I finally drove in and knocked on the door. Be prepared for a long wait and a lot of excuses. I have run out of gas twice now on the "keep fill" program.
Scott, we do not re-certify 20lb tanks. Unfortunately I am not aware of anyone who is doing that currently as it typically costs more to re-certify the tank than it does to buy a new one. Some people turn them in at the tank exchanges at grocery stores.
We do have a dispenser at this location and are happy to refill BBQ bottles. Its best to call ahead to ensure someone is available to fill your tank. (360) 638-1313
I did call the office earlier they took our information and said they would have someone contact me from sales
