The only thing this place has g ping for it I'd maybe it's location bit by all means I now avoid this place. Here's the reasons why 1. Clerk in morning man with beard must get up in the morning and drop a rock on his toe then eat a frozen waffle for breakfast then walk 2 miles uphill to work to be in the mood that dude is in the morning some things gotta go wrong either in the morning or your life. Bad energy all around....real bad energy . He should not even be allowed to interact with the customers. He is rude , gross and only happy to collect your money otherwise you're bothering him . He's GROSS. Anyways other than that the store ducks prices are way too high and a o is the gas. Because of him I bought an electric vehicle.

It would have been easier to build my own refinery than try and fuel here. Credit cards not accepted, debit card wouldn’t work outside, because I used it outside I couldn’t use it inside, had to pay cash, huge line to get change… I’d gladly pay more to get in & out at another station

This 24 hour facility is not open for 24 hours.. I'm local live close to this location it's currently 3:50 in the morning. This is an estimated 50th time that I've been by this location at this time of night, It's only to find a sign on the door that says I'll be back in 10 minutes.. Every time that I've been here at this time of night with that sign on the door I've had to wait up to 45 minutes. The young lady Anna that works in there with her face pierced up and no idea what customer service is, She make sure to go out of her way to call any customer that complains a Karen tells them to shut up. I get the impression a family member owns this franchise , This thereby entitles her to treat anyone the way she likes. Not to place you wanna go if you wanna be treated with at least a shred of decency. I've been waiting now for 27 minutes when I go in I'll report back with the treatment that I received tonight. Finally, the ARCO reopened, I went in conducted my business. This was the first time I said anything to the young woman about the endless waits. I politely asked if she would put up a return time that she might be back so I don't need to wait 20 minutes or more for her to come back from her 10 minute break. She said OK. We'll let you know how that turns out.................... want to make any bets?

I don't usually visit Arco locations because I hate paying the 35¢ transaction fee for using my debit card. I was impressed with the selection of snack offerings being fully stocked and the clerks cheerfulness and helpfulness even having to come into the store several times to finish my visit, which was all my fault and could have been annoying to the clerk but I never felt that vibe!
