Bad service, they are rude this morning and didn't want to help me to check the engine light because he said he wasn't a mechanic and I thought he wasn't a professional either.

Staff here are very friendly, especially the young man. I bought a battery and they lent me the tools to install it. When I returned the old battery, I messed it up by putting the battery up side down. The young man was very patient to clean it up. I highly recommend this place!

Difficult to communicate with at times. Bad attitudes - snippy. I do not feel, at times, that they are telling the truth about things. They are in position of power and abuse the fact. Oh, it would nice if they answer the phone at least occasionally.

Try mobilemechanic.com or Google for a mobile mechanic that will come to your house. The rates are reasonable and they are easy to schedule extremely last minute.
If they do not have it I'm sure they can order it for you just ask Google get their number call them up so you don't waste a your time and have them order it for you
The question is odd. There's nothing called an oil tank on the car and reference to its "screws" is too vague. In the store they can sort you out and figure out what you need.
Not sure if a question or statement, but depending in what needs to be done, you can try one of the automobile website to find the answer/help.
