Do you have the screws of Oil tank for 2008 Honda Civic?

The question is odd. There's nothing called an oil tank on the car and reference to its "screws" is too vague. In the store they can sort you out and figure out what you need.

I don't work there I only shopped there. Do you mean the oil pan bolts. I just called them and they do not have them. They do have the drain plug maybe. If your Civic is a 2008 Civic Si you can get the bolts here https://www.kseriesparts.com/HON-SOP-BOLT.html it takes 1 to 3 days for them to ship them to you. Even if your Civic is not an Si they probably still have them but not these exactly. You'll have to the model of yours into the website to see. The Honda dealer would probably have or be able to get but they will cost more than online.
