The Madelon provides a decent living space in a nice (quiet, less busy) area of the Mission District, but still close enough to restaurants and Dolores Park. They provide a good trash valet and package concierge service, have a shared rooftop area with nice city views, and the common spaces are well furnished. I've had past issues with maintenance not being followed upon, but I'll assume it was due to pandemic challenges. They have recently been responsive to any issues. The spaces have pretty, industrial-style windows, the interiors are modern, and the appliances are new, but not luxury. I appreciate the in-unit W/D in a closet area. The garage is a bit tight and it can take a while to get your car in/out, but it's definitely secure and I prefer it to street parking.

The Madelon is a great place to live. The amenities are top notch, the apartments are beautiful and the management/staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The building is also located in a great neighborhood, with lots of grocery stores nearby and famous restaurants just blocks away.
