Horrible service from the skinny Mexican B* that does overnight, she thinks she's tough because she's behind a glass window. She also made damn sure to flip me off where the camera couldn't see her. I had to drive down there because it was the 3rd time she was rude to my husband off the bat for no reason, and then refused him service because he told her that he didnt only want gas, that he wanted something to drink as well. I am beyond disappointed that management hasn't done anything about her-while I was reading the other reviews. Get your priorities straight, and know that customer service is very important in a business. I will be going to speak to the manager, her attitude and CUSTOMER service is HORRIBLE to say the least. She took down my LP# as a form to scare me, and told me I was being recorded, while she was giving me hand gestures and laughing in my face. Pathetic if you ask me. Goes to show how she was raised. Hard to get pump going but filled up fast once it did. Hard to exit on. Busy street - rude drivers cutting others off. Not ARCO's fault though.

Instead of telling me I was in the wrong lane Gaby came out and started yelling at me I was so embarrassed and when I asked her about it she continues to mock me Infront of other customers I never once raised my voice even though it literally took everything in me not to because she was so rude loud and disrespectful

I don’t recommend anyone going to this gas station cashier by the name gabby is very rude especially to people that are handicapped at 9:30 this morning I pulled in to fill up there was a few people at other pumps I saw a male gentleman inside the store so I waved him down to assist me on pumping gas assuming he worked there came out and asked me what I needed I explain to him and he said of course I’ll help you out with no problem he didn’t hesitate one minute later the actual worker an older lady came out and asked me what is wrong with me I told her I am handicapped and I need assistance on pumping gas she told me not now what am I doing going to a gas station without anybody to assist me why didn’t I come with somebody I told her look ma’am if it’s going to be a big issue I could park in the disabled parking and let other cars pump their gas first so you could assist me after she says I’m not going to help you I don’t care if you’re disabled and she started getting very vulgar with me and tell me things in Spanish cussing at me and yelling at me the man that came out says it’s OK that he was going to help me out the lady was very upset that he was going to help me out and try to tell him not to help me out I look to my left and there was other people in shock on the way she was treating me long story short I got my gas and was totally baffled on the way an employee that works for Arco could treat people like myself that have disabilities I asked her for her name she refused to give me her name I asked her for corporate phone number she refused and started cussing at me again I do not recommend this Arco at this location As I was about to leave customer came up to me and told me that the lady the cash registers name was Gaby that she’s always having problems and being very rude with people I’m very upset on the whole situation and how I was treated
