I gave this McDonald's 4 stars instead of 3 stars that I usually give a McDonald's because the employees at this McDonald's actually know what they are doing My orders are usually ready when I get there And I actually get what was ordered Update 3 months later still fairly quick and efficient at getting orders ready

5 minutes into drive thru, nobody shows up, we tap on the window and honk, just no response.

As we placed the order, we were disappointed to know that they were out of half of the items we wanted. Shortly after, we were at the first window to pay and the cashier was utterly confused. He kept asking what we ordered. After reading off three different orders to us, we reminded him of our order. The cashier was non-apologetics about the confusion and said, "yeah, yeah, I got that..." Long story short, there were more confused employees at the pick up window and the service was very slow. We had to wait another 5 minutes for our milkshake. I wonder if the manager was away three days ago...

Terrible service at the drive thru was in the phone trying to find a lost credit card and the girl give us our food said you’re welcome with an attitude for no reason. Don’t expect a thank you for doing your job or just don’t work in customer service if you are rude. Also the nuggets were crusty and dry and French fries stale.
