We had a great experience! Fries were crisp and the burgers weren't sloppy. Bourbon burger is great btw!

Went thru the drive thru and got a specialty burger and frosty. Burger was mediocre... I tasted like it had been made 45 mins ago and kept warm. Frosty was outstanding.

Had a real challenging time at this Windy's. When my order was not correct the only cashier didn't speak English well enough for the issue to be resolved. My problem isn't with lack of English profesioncy but that she had to argue the issue. I reordered costing me another $9.00. Then thought of a different approach to show her I was correct. She saw the error was her's but I couldn't get my extra 9 refunded. It was just a real bad experience. The food was fine. The place was clean as you would expect. But I will avoid this place moving forward.
