Worth it. We stayed on the seventh floor and the view of the gulf was amazing. 🌅 This condominium has strict rules about the standards of design, functionality and cleanliness that the individual owners agree to maintain. They have a nice pool and grill area. Their hot tub is massive and stays open until 12:45 am. There is plenty of parking even when they're full. Each rental gets two parking spaces. In either direction, north or south on Gulf Blvd, there are a dozen great places to eat within walking distance. Make sure you visit John's Pass and try a divey joint on the boardwalk past Caddy's. You'll know it when you see it. Order their incredibly expensive lobster roll. You'll probably grab another one for on the way back to watch the sunset. You are welcome. ...and that's all I got to say about that.

We stayed in unit 402. Very outdated. Someone owns it and hasn't spent the necessary money to keep it up. Non-matching furniture, old dirty green carpet. Uncomfortable couch and beds. Strange smell like nursing home when you walk in. Spacious bathrooms and A/C worked well. Kitchen has very basic items...not fully stocked for cooking. Pool and hot tub were nice. Easy access to beach. Views of beach were good. Beach was not crowded.

Awesome location and view. 70s decor in room 105, but decent. Pricing good from the Florida accommodations group. Walking distance from John's pass shopping and food.
